Running a restaurant enables you to see alot of characters in life and my favourite thing to do is to try and workout people's stories!!  People watching is, yes, slightly odd, but one of my guilty pleasures.  My place of work is also owned by a celebrity chef which is a strange insight into another world.  Coffee, wine, and cigarettes (trying to kick that habit) help me come to terms with the fact that I am shortly turning 30 and that the part time waiting gig has become my full time career.......
